Delivery and Complaints

At the online store GO., we strive to ensure that your selected products reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

1. Package Delivery

For delivery of your orders throughout Slovenia, we cooperate with the courier service GLS. Our goal is fast and reliable delivery directly to your address.

  • Delivery time: For products in stock, the expected delivery time is 2–4 business days.
  • SMS notification: Upon dispatch and on the day of delivery, you will receive an SMS notification with delivery details via the courier service.
  • Shipping cost: The shipping cost is visible at checkout.

2. Complaints and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

  • Conditions: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • Procedure: Before returning, write to us at info@go-clothing.com for further instructions and the return address.

3. Damage During Transport

If you notice that the package is physically damaged or shows signs of being opened upon delivery, immediately inform the courier or write to us at our email address so we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.

4. Size Exchange

If the size does not fit you, please write to us and we will arrange an exchange. The customer covers the shipping costs for returned goods, but we cover the shipping cost for the new size on the first exchange.
