General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of the GO. online store are composed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and based on recommendations from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international e-commerce codes.

1. Provider information

2. Information availability

The provider commits to always provide the customer with information about the company identity, essential product characteristics, product availability, delivery terms, payment methods, and deadlines.

3. Product offer and prices

The offer includes t-shirts and socks sold individually or in packages. All prices include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement. The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Ordering and purchase procedure

The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and completes the purchase at checkout by entering their details. After placing the order, the customer receives a confirmation email. Payment methods: prepayment, card, or cash on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

The consumer has the right to notify withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

6. Delivery and pickup

Delivery is available throughout Slovenia. For products in stock, the delivery time is usually 2–4 working days. Delivery costs are clearly stated at checkout.

7. Personal data protection (GDPR)

The company commits to the permanent protection of all user personal data in accordance with the GDPR regulation. Data will be used exclusively for order fulfillment and communication with the customer.

8. Complaints and disputes
