Return Policy

Company Zaščita Lukač d.o.o. allows 14-day period for a return, meaning you have after receiving the product 14 days time to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Return process

To start the return process, contact us at info@go-clothing.com. Please note the following:

 

  • Returns must be sent to the address: Zaščita Lukač d.o.o., Cesta na Lepo njivo 21, 3330 Mozirje.

     

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

     

  • We will not accept products sent back to us without a prior return request.

     

  • For any questions regarding returns, we are always available at info@go-clothing.com.

     

Damages and issues

Please check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong product so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / products that cannot be returned

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

     

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

     

  • Personal care products (such as cosmetics).

     

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

     

  • Products on sale or gift cards.

     

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
We do not cover the cost of shipping goods back to the company; these costs are fully borne by the customer.

 

Right of withdrawal in the European Union

If goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 10 business days automatically returned to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@go-clothing.com.
